Harley-Davidson (NYSE: HOG) executives, board members and thousands of Motor Company customers, will remotely ring the New York Stock Exchange closing bell live from Club H.O.G.® 25 at Harley-Davidson’s 105th Anniversary celebration in Milwaukee, Wis., at 4:00 p.m. (EDT) on Thursday, August 28, 2008. Club H.O.G. 25 celebrates the Harley Owners Group (H.O.G.) 25th Anniversary, which is the world’s largest factory-sponsored motorcycle owners group, boasting more than 1 million members in 1,400 chapters around the world.

Over the next five days, Harley-Davidson will treat its family of customers, dealers and employees, as well as local residents, to a variety of top-name live entertainment, special exhibits, street parties and an unforgettable motorcycle parade.

Fender® donates special edition Harley-Davidson® 105th Anniversary Stratocaster® guitar to support the Muscular Dystrophy Association

To celebrate Harley-Davidson’s 105th Anniversary celebration in Milwaukee, Wis. Aug. 27-31, 2008, the Fender Custom Shop has created three special edition Fender Stratocaster guitars commemorating the event. The first guitar (#1 of 3) will be auctioned online at www.h-d4mda.com with proceeds going to the Muscular Dystrophy Association. The auction runs from Aug. 21 through Sept. 4, 2008. The guitar is valued at $10,000 and will be exhibited on the Summerfest grounds August 29-30 at Harley-Davidson’s Wreck Room exhibit.
