Harley-Davidson® Screamin' Eagle®/Vance & Hines rider Andrew Hines paced the Pro Stock Motorcycle field at the O'Reilly Auto Parts NHRA Spring Nationals at Royal Purple Raceway, guiding his Harley-Davidson® V-Rod® through four rounds of eliminations to take his first event win of the 2011 season. Hines defeated Attitude Apparel Suzuki rider Michael Phillips in the final round.

Harley-Davidson, Inc. (NYSE: HOG) announced today that its Board of Directors approved a cash dividend of $0.125 per share for the second quarter of 2011. The dividend is payable June 17, 2011 to the holders of record of the Company's common stock on June 2, 2011. The second quarter 2011 dividend represents an increase of 25% over the previous dividend paid on March 4, 2011.
