(NYSE:HOG) announced today that following the company’s recent decision to discontinue the Buell motorcycle product line, Erik Buell, Chairman and Chief Technical Officer of Buell Motorcycle Company, will leave the company to establish Erik Buell Racing, an independent motorcycle race shop. | | Bilansky rides Buell to Pro Thunderbike title at VIR by BTHost | | Hal’s H-D/Buell/Hal’s Speed Shop rider Dan Bilansky clinched the 2009 Pro Thunderbike championship in the ASRA Michelin Pro Series, riding a Buell XB12R to a third-place finish at Virginia International Raceway. The race was won by the defending Pro Thunderbike champion, BMW rider Nate Kern. Ray Price Harley-Davidson/Buell rider Jordon Richardson was second on another Buell XB12R. |
