Barry I had to write and let you know about the outstanding extra effort of two of your employees on my recent trip to Billings I had begun my trip planning by contacting Kevin for rental information Through all my many e-mails and phone calls over seven months Not once did Kevin make me feel I was bothering him. He answered all my question’s and made my rental worries disappear, he gave me insight on weather, routes to avoid and ones not too miss. Upon our arrival I learned Kevin was unavailable due to a knee replacement. Here’s where Shane stepped up and hit a grand slam with me. I made a call ahead to make sure someone was available to go over the paperwork so I could head out early the next am. The young lady, who I forgot to get her name, said no one was in to do so but she would call me back in a few minutes to see what could be done. She did and asked if I could come by around 4pm that afternoon. We arrived and were told that Shane would be helping us. It was after meeting him I learned he had just driven 65 miles from Red Lodge, Leaving his son camping to come help us so we could get our trip off on the right foot. He never once acted upset or made us feel bad. He was nothing but enthusiastic and knowledgeable. He made us all feel like friends. I work in electrical sales and I run a branch operation here in Boston. I know the value of good employees and customer service your people are exceptional you should be very proud of them .
