Community Involvement

Beartooth Harley-Davidson/Buell is committed to supporting and giving back to its local communities.  Each year a portion of the operating budget is allocated to charity and community support programs.

Recently, however, the number of solicitations has become overwhelming.  While we would love to sponsor every charity, organization and cause; financial limitations prevent us from doing so.

Due to the increase in annual donation requests, we've selected three categories which we will continue to support on a case-by-case basis:

  • Motorcycle Related Events (must fall within the guidelines of safe riding)
  • Armed Forces/Civil Service (military, police, firefighters, etc.)
  • Community-wide Youth Programs (4-H, Boy's & Girl's Clubs, etc.)

All requests for sponsorships or donations must be submitted in writing to the Marketing Manger at Beartooth Harley-Davidson/Buell.  Please include as much detail as possible, this will allow us to make an informed decision quickly.  Requests should be submitted by November 1st of the year preceding the event.

Over the past century, Harley-Davidson has been supplying motorcycles to law enforcement agencies across the United States. Since 2007, Harley-Davidson, Inc. and Harley-Davidson Motor Company have partnered with the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund by providing Harley-Davidson motorcycles to the NLEOMF to be used to help raise funds for the first-ever National Law Enforcement Museum, a world-class facility, scheduled to open in downtown Washington, D.C. in the fall of 2013.
