Community Involvement

Hi Mountain Recreation is committed to supporting and giving back to its local communities.  Each year a portion of the operating budget is allocated to charity and community support programs.

Recently, however, the number of solicitations has become overwhelming.  While we would love to sponsor every charity, organization and cause; financial limitations prevent us from doing so.

Due to the increase in annual donation requests, we've selected three categories which we will continue to support on a case-by-case basis:

  • Powersports Related Events (must fall within the guidelines of safe riding)
  • Armed Forces/Civil Service (military, police, firefighters, etc.)
  • Community-wide Youth Programs (4-H, Boy's & Girl's Clubs, etc.)

All requests for sponsorships or donations must be submitted in writing to the Marketing Manger at Hi Mountain Recreation.  Please include as much detail as possible, this will allow us to make an informed decision quickly.  Requests should be submitted by November 1st of the year preceding the event.

Requests may be submitted to:

Beartooth Harley-Davidson/Buell & Hi Mountain Recreation to Commemorate Armed Forces Day

BILLINGS, MT (May 12, 2011) – To honor the sacrifices made by the men and women from all branches of the Armed Forces, Beartooth Harley-Davidson/Buell and Hi Mountain Recreation is dedicating a wall on the showroom floor, to display captioned pictures of all military heroes—past, present and fallen—and will host a ceremony in commemoration, on Armed Forces Day, Saturday, May 21st, at 12:00 p.m.

Beginning today, Beartooth Harley-Davidson/Buell and Hi Mountain Recreation invites all family members and friends to bring captioned pictures (name & station location), of their loved ones to add to the wall’s collage. The wall, entitled The Wall of Heroes, will remain in residency at the dealership, and it is their hope that many will continue to bring captioned pictures, so that they may be displayed and honored in years to come.

In true Beartooth Harley-Davidson/Buell and Hi Mountain Recreation fashion, a HOG® -Dog-Feast (‘hot- dog-feast’) will follow the dedication. All guests are encouraged to stay throughout the day and share stories of their loved ones with one another—what better way to honor our military, pay homage to our fallen brothers, and give thanks to all family members and friends who’ve made countless sacrifices of their own, in support of their heroes.
